Anegada, BVI - Sailboat Graveyard

Posted by Pixadilly (Taos, NM, United States) on 22 January 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

Anegada is a coral island surrounded by reefs. It is famous for how many boats have met their dismal fate just off its shores. This fallen and deteriorating sailboat can still be seen above the waterline just off the southern shore of Anegada, a stern warning to sailors to keep within the charted safe channels.
